About Brite: Brite is a profit-for-purpose social enterprise that provides training and employment opportunities across the community, including for people with disabilities. Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services to further develop our employees' capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Brite Institute, the Industry Experience Support Officer is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of student field experience across:

* Hospitality
* Horticulture
* Warehousing
* Business Administration
* Small Business

Requirements to apply

We are excited about you because you have:

* Relevant qualification in either Hospitality, Horticulture, Warehousing, Small Business/Administration or related discipline and high-level relevant experience in a similar role in the VET sector. Please provide your demonstrated experience in any of these fields in a cover letter.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to manage critical and competing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience working both independently and as a team.
* Detail-oriented and able to collaborate and work in a diverse workplace.
* Excellent time management.
* Solutions driven with a continuous improvement mind-set.

What we will require from you
