We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you'll develop expertise across finance, compliance, and facilities operations while building meaningful relationships with vendors, regional teams, and clients. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience this firsthand as you coordinate with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional service that makes a tangible difference every day.An overview of the role:Provide administration coordination and backup support for the Facilities Team, ensuring continuity of operations and responsive service deliveryProcess and reconcile vendor invoices, including goods receipt matching, budget monitoring, and payment processing to maintain accurate financial recordsPrepare monthly management reports and maintain comprehensive trackers for finance, compliance, vendor insurance, and team trainingCoordinate quarterly WHS meetings and manage workplace safety programs including AED oversight, First Aid supplies, Fire Warden training, and emergency personnel updatesOrganize and forecast budgets while investigating variances to support informed decision-makingRaise and manage Purchase Order Requests (PORs) for contractors in accordance with approved agreementsProcess invoices, rental payments, and billable charges ensuring accuracy and timelinessSet up new vendors, reconcile vendor statements, respond to queries in SMAART, and review regional accrualsCoordinate waste management programs across all sites and prepare environmental reporting documentationSounds like you?
