Job Title: Fleet Manager Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and coordination support to ensure our fleet operations remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
The successful candidate will have experience in administrative roles with strong attention to detail, proficient in MS Office Suite, and confident with systems and data management. They will also possess strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities, effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and a clear and timely communication style with a focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-of-month processes with fleet and vehicle suppliers, tollways, and ServiceNSW.
* Generate and receipt purchase orders and reconcile accounts for Fleet and Real Estate.
* Maintain accurate records, including vehicle and driver lists, licences, registrations, toll tags, and fuel cards.
* Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
* Provide support for Real Estate Service Desk tickets and contractor coordination.
* Assist with meeting coordination, including preparation and minuting.
