The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Contracts Manager to oversee contract compliance, performance reporting, and support the delivery of capital and maintenance works.
About the Role
The Civil Contracts Manager plays a key role in managing contract administration, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. You will work closely with project teams to improve contract outcomes and support infrastructure delivery across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer civil contracts and ensure compliance with terms and specifications.
* Monitor contractor performance and implement performance measures.
* Audit and report against Key Performance Indicators.
* Provide training and support to project staff in contract management.
* Manage upgrades, maintenance, and inspections of transport assets.
About You
You're a skilled contract administrator with:
* Experience in civil construction contract management.
* Strong knowledge of works specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in IT and project management tools.
* Understanding of public sector contract frameworks.
