We are looking for some experienced door to door sales people to join our current team. The hours we are offering are 10am to 4pm each day, across Monday to Friday. However, we have Saturday work with additional hours also available for people who prove themselves.
We pay an above award hourly rate and also provide our door to door sales team with a lucrative and very motivating commission structure. We are all about having fun and rewarding our high achievers with incentives. Our top achievers earn over $2,000 per week which includes their hourly rate and commission.
Brady Solar Care is the service arm of Brady Energy Pty Ltd. We are a family run business with our head office located in Cheltenham, Victoria.
Our Brady Solar Care service division is expanding and we are seeking 2-3 casual door to door sales people to join our team.
The roles are mostly based in the Mornington Peninsula region where we service residential and commercial customers. Our door to door sales staff go straight from home to the field and there is rarely any need to come into our office.
The role requires our door to door sales team to be speaking to and signing up potential customers for a full clean and health check on their solar system / panels. We offer a great service to our customers at a very affordable price - the average price we are selling a residential package for is only $375 inc gst. Each customer booking counts as a sale.
Previous sales experience is a must have for this role as we are looking for good quality people. Door to door sales experience will be viewed favourably.
