We are currently seeking a motivated and technically capable Support Engineer to join our team in Albury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across diverse technologies, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As an onsite Support Engineer based in Albury, you will provide first and second-level technical support to clients across servers, desktops, cloud platforms, and networking environments. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues, deliver timely resolutions, and help maintain secure and reliable IT systems.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident communicating with both technical and non‐technical users.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients
* Diagnose and resolve issues across servers, desktops, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud services
* Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers where required
* Maintain accurate documentation, tickets, and technical records
* Support system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvements
* Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding incidents, updates, and resolutions
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
* Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support
* Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‐Fi
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
* Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
* Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
* Experience with endpoint management and backup solutions
