About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a high-performing team. This hands-on role involves scoping, designing, and implementing infrastructure and cloud projects while acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues. Working across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement and pre-sales support. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical support across Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking solutions. Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects. Act as the senior escalation point for complex support issues, including major incidents, problem, and change management. Support and enhance Service Delivery processes, driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Skills & Experience Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Proven experience delivering Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud migrations. Strong background in systems and network design, including security best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
