Prof George Razay MP, Independent Member for Bass
The Independent Member for Bass, George Razay MP, is seeking expressions of interest from people with policy, legal and/or media backgrounds for positions within his Launceston based office.
These roles require the provision of strategic policy advice, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work positively across a range of stakeholders, including Members of Parliament, Government employees, industry stakeholders, community organisations and the general public.
Applications will be welcomed from people able to assist the Member with the development of policy, provide advice on legislation, draft speeches and a range of communication material, along with social media support. People with experience with developing a wide range of policy areas, and media and communications are welcome to apply.
The roles will be considered for both full-time or part-time, and while the position will be based in Launceston, there will be some travel required to attend State Parliamentary sittings.
