About the role:
Our established and growing team is looking for an Roof Plumber with 3+ years of experience. We are looking for a motivated full-time Roof Plumber who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of metal roofing and roof plumbing systems across residential projects.
The position will offer a competitive base salary of $75,000- $80,000 plus superannuation
The successful candidates should:
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional quality workmanship, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
Install and repair metal roofing systems and cladding across all residential projects.
Installation of metal roofing and roof plumbing systems including Colourbond and Zincalume
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Installs and repairs flashings, downpipes, gutters, ducting, vents, fascia, box gutters and rain heads
Laying and securing cladding, metal sheets, frame and sarking.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify and troubleshoot roofing issues.
Leak detection and minor roof repairs including roof re-screws.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute workload efficiently and effectively.
Always ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Communicate effectively with Site supervisor, Project manager and team members.
Other tasks assigned by management such as assembling and installing frame trusses and other work that compliments the skills as a Roof Plumber.
Appropriate candidates must have the following skills, education, and experience:
Minimum Roof Plumbing Trade Certificate
Minimum of 3 years experience
Experience of working on timber roof frames and steel roof frame sheds.
