We're seeking a Community Manager to lead operations at Stockland Halcyon Illyarrie, our newest vibrant over‐55's lifestyle living community, located in the heart of Sinagra, approximately 28km from Perth.

What You'll Do
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the homeowner experiences – welcoming new homeowners, introducing them to the community and its evolving amenities, and ensuring smooth integration. This position demands a proactive, people‐focused approach with a strong sense of purpose.
* Be the go‐to for homeowner inquiries—responding promptly, professionally and with empathy
* Own front‐of‐house and back‐of‐house operations, including office admin and record keeping
* Oversee financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance both experience and profitability
* Ensure compliance with Site Agreements and the Residential Parks (Long‐stay Tenants) Act 2006
* Champion a risk‐aware culture by engaging in operational risk training and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations
* Support and lead community activities — from inductions and wellness programs to events and functions that bring people together
About You
Experience & Skills That Count
You're a natural connector, a problem‐solver and an empathetic people‐person with a passion for community and service. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a proactive, can‐do attitude to everything you do.
* Proven experience managing day‐to‐day operations, customer experience, and property within a community or hospitality setting
* Industry background in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Aged Care, Shopping Centre Management, Commercial/Retail Property, or Hotel/Resort environments is highly regarded
* Strong financial acumen with hands‐on experience in budget management and performance monitoring
* Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders
* High emotional intelligence and discretion, with the maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
