Explore a challenging opportunity as a senior engineer in water infrastructure. Collaborate with specialists to develop sustainable solutions for dams and structural components.
The role involves structural analysis, review of concrete dams, spillways and appurtenant structures, as well as conceptual and detailed design of dams and their structural components.
Additionally, you will be responsible for inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams, construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data, and construction reporting.
Preparation of tenders and proposals, along with mentoring and development of team members are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements
You must have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline and demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and local industry.
