As an allied health professional in a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality mental health services prioritizing warm and welcoming care. You will work closely with peer lead services, other service providers, and contribute to the culture, leadership, and day-to-day management of the Integration Hub.
Your role will involve providing oversight, effective supervision, and support of Peer Workers, leading change management to support overall service development and compliance. This includes actively contributing to the integration of services to meet individuals' immediate concerns and promote their ongoing independence and recovery.
The successful applicant will require essential criteria including satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registration with the relevant National Board or full membership/eligibility for membership with the relevant professional association.
