Job Description
Seeking an experienced Sales consultant with knowledge in investment property sales and clientele liaison. All properties are sold sight unseen, similar to off-the-plan sales. Top-tier investment properties are sourced by the director and the sales consultants sell the property to their prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients for discovery sessions
2. Understanding of demand to supply ratio & loan to deposit ratio
3. Prospecting and database calling
4. Oversee sales from beginning to end
5. Hold prospecting and discovery events for potential clients
6. Liaise with clients and in-house brokers to ascertain borrowing capacity
7. Condition buyers and maintain relationships with clients
8. Get advice to buyers on their investment property purchase
9. Set appointments with clients to discuss strategies regarding to the buying process
The Ideal Candidate:
10. Real Estate Sales experience
11. Must hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
12. Ability to create rapport easily
13. Hungry to sell and make money
14. Ability to travel regularly interstate for business meetings
