The Role
Due to an increase in work, we have an immediate vacancy for a full-time HSE Advisor to join our team.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor who is also competent in Training and Assessing, however those with relevant experience and qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
This role will support the site-based team in all aspects of safety.
Incident investigations
HSE reporting
Communicate HSE requirements to project teams
Delivering the company HSE management system
Support risk identification and conduct regular site inspections
Using our HSE software – MyOsh
Conduct Fitness for Work checks
This role will be working back-to-back with another HSE Advisor on a 2:1 FIFO roster (dayshift only) across two sites – flying out of Perth, WA to a mine site based in the Newman area.
Requirements for this Role
Cert IV Work Health Safety – Minimum
Cert IV Training and Assessment – Essential
White card or willing to obtain
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
Previous experience working in an HSE or relevant role, ideally in a construction or mining environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
