About the role…
As a Domestic Assistant, you will deliver a range of essential services providing domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and assistance within the home and local community.
Most importantly, you will provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their well-being at all times.
To be successful as a Home Care Support Worker, you will have:
* A fantastic attitude, great active listening skills and genuine interest in helping others
* A minimum of three months paid experience in cleaning or care work
* Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential
* First Aid and CPR certificate (you don't need to have this to apply, but will need them to commence work)
* Excellent communications skills with good spoken and written English
* Proficiency in other languages would be welcomed.
To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks – we can arrange police checks for successful candidates.
