Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives
* Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR matters and policies
* Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance
* Lead cyclical HR activities such as salary reviews and performance appraisals
* Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, budgeting, and record keeping
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of local HR operations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in the real estate or property sector is preferred but not essential
