Job Title:
Senior Service Operations Expert
* A challenging opportunity exists for a Senior Service Operations Expert to make a meaningful impact and connect with diverse challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
* Deliver high-quality service and maintenance of equipment, including Honeywell and third-party systems.
* Configure, diagnose, repair, and program building services, such as CCTV, Type 1A, access control, and third-party systems like Gallagher and Lenel.
* Load and configure Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
* Manage service projects and small works, ensuring project milestones are achieved through effective customer management.
* Provide technical consulting, design, and implementation of Honeywell Systems, leveraging expertise in Honeywell and industry products to meet business needs.
* Retain existing clients and secure new contracts by driving expansion on customer sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Experience & Capabilities:
* At least 4 years' experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems.
* Proficiency in fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment.
* NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential.
* Commitment to customer satisfaction through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently without supervision and drive self-motivated results.
