About the Role
Grampians Health is seeking an accomplished Clinical Psychology Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical and professional leadership across Allied Health psychology services. This is a rare opportunity to shape psychology service delivery across a large regional health service while maintaining a small clinical caseload.
Reporting to the Director of Psychology, you will be recognised as a peer expert, providing strategic leadership, service development, workforce supervision and some operational oversight for Clinical Psychologists and Psychology Registrars across Grampians Health Allied Health Psychology Service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced clinical psychological care
* Lead supervision and workforce capability
* Drive service planning and improvement
* Support recruitment and performance reviews
* Ensure clinical governance and compliance
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Skills & Experience
* Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology
* AHPRA registration with endorsement
* PBA Approved Supervisor status
* Strong leadership and supervision experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
