Administration Support Role
Bundaberg Christian College is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support extracurricular programs and events.
* Create events in TASS, manage risk documentation, coordinate bookings, and draft communications for parents.
* Prepare forms and documents in Word and Canva, manage virtual debating bookings, order branded clothing, and maintain SharePoint records.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
* Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
* Professional presentation and time management skills.
* Eligibility for a Working with Children Blue Card.
Candidates should demonstrate an active Biblical faith and inspire students to develop Christian character, scholarship, and diligence.
