Managing Accountant | Business Advisory & Tax
$120,000 – $140,000 per year – performance bonus
This is a full-time Senior Management position, based in Adelaide, with the opportunity to progress quickly onto our National Executive Team.

About You
This position will be a full-time senior management role within our practice. You will be a key member of the accounting team, serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients across tax, compliance and advisory. You will perform in a leadership role overseeing and mentoring a team of local and overseas staff.
* Manage a portfolio of business clients, delivering tax, compliance and advisory services to a high standard.
* Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and associated workpapers.
* Serve as primary contact for new and existing clients, ensuring consistent, timely delivery and proactive communication.
* Manage, allocate and review work completed by internal and offshore staff.
* Conduct structured training sessions and provide coaching to support team development and improve the customer experience.
Can you do the Job?
We are looking for a seasoned Accountant with a gift for Customer Service. This is not a difficult role for the right character and success is straightforward. You will be asked to:
* Deliver client work accurately, on time and without being chased by clients.
* Maintain and grow revenue associated with your allocated client portfolio.
* Produce work that is compliant and client ready.
* Build a team that is constantly improving.
Skills and Experience
* CA or CPA qualified (or near completion).
* Solid background in public practice, ideally senior accountant level or above.
* Strong technical knowledge across business services, tax, BAS, compliance.
* Experience managing client relationships and delivering independently.
* Some prior experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior staff.
