About the Role
As the Financial Manager, you'll oversee the core finance operations while providing commercial and strategic support to senior leadership.
* Leading the month‐end process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust governance
* Overseeing day‐to‐day finance functions including AP/AR, cashflow and payroll oversight
* Preparing management reports, variance analysis and performance insights
* Developing and maintaining financial controls, policies and compliance frameworks
* Managing budgeting, forecasting and operational financial planning cycles
* Providing commercial support to operational managers across multiple service lines
* Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and recommending solutions
* Guiding a small finance team and ensuring high standards across all outputs
* Supporting audit processes and statutory reporting requirements
* Driving process improvement and building a more scalable finance environment
About You
* CA or CPA qualified
* Experience in a Financial Manager or senior accounting role, ideally within a service‐based, people‐driven environment
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence and partner effectively
* Excellent understanding of financial controls, reporting frameworks and commercial drivers
* Confident communicator who can work closely with non‐finance stakeholders
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable leading change and improving financial processes
