About the Role
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
* Welcome guests at the concierge desk and provide assistance with their needs
* Offer directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services
We are looking for team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences. As a Concierge Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.
Festive Season Duties
* Enhance the customer and retailer experience by going the extra mile
* Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
* Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
