About this role
This position plays a pivotal part in supporting the Principal and Business Manager in effectively running the school. The diverse responsibilities include overseeing key marketing initiatives, managing financial and administrative support to staff and families, as well as contributing to accurate information management and compliance by maintaining various systems, policies, and records.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, showcasing strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high-level discretion and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include providing confidential administrative support, managing diaries, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence, screening and prioritising emails, calls, and requests, responding accordingly, leading the Administration staff team, and contributing to the accuracy of information management and compliance by maintaining numerous systems, policies, and records.
In addition to these duties, this individual will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and managing school-wide communication channels, designing and creating engaging promotional content, coordinating events, marketing, and assisting with public relations and enrolment marketing campaigns, as well as promoting key messages and activities in collaboration with leadership and teaching staff.
