OsteoStrong Session Coaches are trained health and wellness professionals with a special interest in bone health, strength, well-being, and bio-hacking. All OsteoStrong session coaches undergo in-house training in the use of our patented technologies.
The session coach’s primary role is to provide personalized guidance and support for our members and to ensure members perform the exercises correctly and safely, throughout their one-on-one sessions.
They perform baseline testing assessing member individual needs, set appropriate intensity levels, and offer encouragement to help members achieve their strength and bone health goals. Additionally, the session coach maintains a positive and motivating environment for members, as they work towards improving their overall well-being. Crucially, Session Coaches must be kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic, demonstrating a high level of empathy for our members in their health journey.
OsteoStrong Colonel Light Gardens is currently looking for a CASUAL PART-TIME coach to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 coaching to members
- Deliver incredible customer service experience
- Deliver discovery session to engage new members if required
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain our centre standards
Requirements:
- Exercise, fitness, or wellness credentials are highly desirable, but not essential.
- This is a fast-paced physical role and requires high attention to detail, with a robust focus on functional movement.

- Appropriate visa holders
Our centre hours vary from Monday - Friday and may require 1 evening (Thur). Please note if successful, you will be required to complete paid online training (flexible) plus a week of onsite training. With ongoing training and support.
On-site training will be conducted in our centre located at Colonel Light Gardens.
