Happytel Retail Group is seeking a driven and experienced Retail Manager to lead operations across our Ipswich and Grand Central stores in QLD and drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and high-level repair skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Management
* Achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and KPI targets.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities.
Customer Service
* Deliver outstanding customer service, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory & Stock Management
* Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee product ordering and returns.
* Conduct regular stock checks, minimize shrinkage, and maintain secure stock management.
Staff Management
* Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff across multiple stores.
* Delegate tasks, manage rosters, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.
Visual Merchandising
* Maintain product presentation and signage compliance.
Financial Management
* Manage wage budgets and monitor store expenses.
Compliance & Operations
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Maintain store security and workplace safety.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of Retail Manager experience in a similar field.
* Proven track record in sales and team leadership.
* Strong repair skills and experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs is essential for this role.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
