This not for profit early learning service is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join its leadership team in a full-time off the floor role.
This is an opportunity for a motivated early childhood professional to step into meaningful leadership, support high-quality education, and help shape a positive, collaborative workplace culture. The role will require occasional educational leader responsibilities.
The role working alongside the Director in this 62 place centre, will see you providing hands-on leadership across education and operations. You'll mentor educators, support practice in rooms, contribute to continuous improvement, and assist with daily management and compliance aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard.

About You
* Diploma or Bachelor (ACECQA approved)
* Leadership experience in early learning
* Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
