Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Professional to join our practice on a part-time basis. This role will involve working closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including vaccinations, venepuncture, wound management and health promotion.
* To support the practice team in delivering clinical services and managing chronic diseases such as asthma and coronary heart disease.
* To perform routine tasks such as ECGs, blood pressure checks and other medical procedures as required.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a nursing environment and be qualified as a Registered Nurse. A knowledge of Systmone is also desirable.
