Senior Manager of Information Technology
This leadership role oversees the strategic direction and operational delivery of ICT services. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining modern, secure and efficient technology systems that support business objectives.
* Lead and manage a high-performing IT team to ensure excellent service delivery and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's ICT roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes.
* Oversee the planning, renewal and timely upgrade of technological assets to ensure the organisation's IT infrastructure remains modern, secure and efficient.
* Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the organisation's information and systems against internal and external threats.
* Manage and oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring they meet business needs and are completed on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
* Ongoing maintenance, support and optimisation of organisational software systems to ensure they meet operational needs and are kept up-to-date.
