Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, point-of-sale (POS) systems, eCommerce platforms, and food manufacturing traceability solutions.Key Responsibilities:Ensure high availability and optimal performance of critical IT systems across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing operationsDevelop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and reliabilityManage IT vendor relationships and oversee the delivery of services and solutionsImplement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsLead the modernisationof legacy systems and transition to scalable cloud-based solutionsSkills and ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years' experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environmentsProven expertise in managing IT service delivery, cybersecurity, and software modernisationprojectsExperience in POS and EFTPOS system management, as well as eCommerce platforms and EDI integrations.
