Commercial Accounting Co. is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our team in Toowoomba. What You'll Be Doing
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records for a range of clients
* Processing invoices, receipts, payments and payroll
* Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
* Preparing financial reports and supporting documents for management accountants
* Assisting with BAS and tax preparation workflows
* Providing day-to-day administrative and client support
* Building strong relationships with clients and helping them understand their financial position
* Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve client outcomes

About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in and is passionate about producing high-quality work and enjoys supporting clients in their business journey.
You'll ideally have:
* A bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g. Cert IV Bookkeeping/Accounting) – preferred but not essential
* 2+ years' experience in bookkeeping, accounting support or a similar role
* Experience using MYOB, Xero or QuickBooks
* Payroll processing experience – preferred but not essential
* Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
* A problem solving mindset, and the drive to get things right
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* A proactive, organised approach to managing deadlines
