Electrical Engineering Lead Opportunity
You will lead the Engineering function for all Power Quality opportunities and projects, particularly Synchronous Condenser projects across ANZ. As a technology authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines, you will ensure that engineering solutions are developed with complete information. You will evaluate, select, and adapt products techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet customer needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges, drive completion of all engineering activities on the project, and act as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines.
* Collaborate with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovation with the customer to drive and deliver improvements, attend projects meetings, and present all technical aspects of projects assignments.
* Function as a technology authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines, ensure that engineering solutions are developed with complete information, and evaluate, select, and adapt products techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An Engineering Degree (Bachelor) with appropriate experience in the High Voltage industry.
* Minimum 15years experience in High Voltage Utility/Renewables sector or similar related industry.
* Registered or eligible for CPENG and RPEQ.
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel.
* Proficient in English communication.
