Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategy to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence across all venues.
* Uphold Lisini's high front-of-house standards while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
* Inspire and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Update and innovate service offerings to maintain competitive relevance.
* Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
* Manage key client relationships and ensure exceptional accommodation standards.
* Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial reporting for events and operations.
* Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and lead Head of Department (HOD) meetings.
* Ensure process compliance and utilize data analysis to drive operational improvements.
