As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead daily operations, empower the team through coaching and training, and manage your restaurant's P&L. You will maintain the highest standards of quality, adhere to all procedures, and embody the GYG spirit.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of quality and guest experience.
* Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage restaurant P&L, including financial performance and cost controls.
* Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and brand standards.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team.
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous success in meeting KPIs.
Compensation
Please note this is a full-time role paying $80,000 - $85,000 per annum.
