Role DescriptionThis is a 6 month contract, Administrative Assistant role based in Kwinana Beach, WA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting team members. This role also involves communication with clients and vendors, document preparation, HR, quotations and data entry, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run efficiently.
