FULL TIME Housekeeper for family in Melbourne - TWIM

Location: Keilor East and Avondale Heights!
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Housekeeper who loves to cook and keep a clean, organized work space. Your week will be spread across two family homes - 3 days in Keilor East (3 adults in residence) and 2 days in Avondale Heights (1 adult female, 13yo and 18yo). There is no need for any child care, so you days will revolve around general housekeeping duties, cleaning, linens/laundry as well as preparing evening meals.
Your role in management will also ensure that both homes are stocked with household supplies, (bathrooms/pantry/etc) grocery shopping and occasional errands - own car and license is essential. You will also be responsible for identifying any maintenance that may be required and supervising the trades, gardeners, pool cleaners, etc.
Qualities we are seeking:
Previous experience in private homes;
Take pride in the presentation of the homes;
Possess strong communication skills;
Work with a high attention to detail;
Enjoy working independently and be self motivated;
Hold a Drivers License and own car;
Hold WWCC,
Police Check,
Previous experience,
Two references.
Hours: 10:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: A salary package of $88,400 including Superannuation and all leave entitlements
