Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A current registration with AHPRA;
* Extensive experience leading clinical governance, quality, or compliance in aged care or healthcare;
* A deep understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes;
* Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships and analyse data to drive improvement strategies.
