Our client, Halfway Hamburgers Pty Ltd, is seeking motivated and experienced Retail Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise employees to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
* Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness across the restaurant.
* Oversee staffing, rostering, training, and performance management of employees.
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and manage inventory to support business needs.
* Drive overall restaurant performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
* Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
* Contribute to planning and organising daily workflows to achieve business goals.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Reliable, motivated, and team‐oriented
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
* Previous McDonald's or fast‐food experience is an advantage
