Lead complex, cross-functional engagements and drive client expansion in the customer area of the client. Define and sell solutions aligned to client's business objectives. Build and lead teams that combine capabilities and working models (consulting, operations, agency) to successfully deliver solutions. Address delivery challenges to achieve service level agreements and improve client satisfaction. Build relationships across the C-suite acting as account manager and strategic business advisor, having a deep understanding of client's industry challenges in the customer space.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong customer-service focus. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Able to work in geographically dispersed virtual multi-team environment to achieve the best outcomes. Able to build and maintain professional relationships with other teams and clients. Able to support the development of pricing models and Statements of Work. Provide relevant input to commercial and legal teams. Education and Experience (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree or above. 10+ years' experience with Solution Architecture and service delivery. 10+ years' experience with service delivery transformation, automation and transition. #J-18808-Ljbffr
