The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at Undara Experience. This full-time, live-in role involves managing all aspects of the property, including accommodation, food & beverage, guided tours, and guest services. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, remote environment and can lead a dedicated team confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of accommodation, F&B, and tours
* Lead and mentor a small team across departments
* Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences
* Manage budgets and control costs
* Build relationships with local stakeholders and tour operators
* Report to the Regional Operations Manager and support broader business goals
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing hospitality or tourism operations, preferably in remote or regional settings
* Is confident leading small teams and managing multiple departments
* Is comfortable living onsite in a remote environment
* Is organized, resilient, and commercially savvy
* Is passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences
