Project Coordinator / Perth / Permanent Opportunity / Paying up to $110,000 + super
Core Talent is partnering with a leading power & energy organisation to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator. This role supports project managers, engineers and site teams across critical national infrastructure projects. You'll be joining a growing business unit where variety, ownership and impact come standard.
Responsibilities:
* Procurement coordination and vendor management
* Managing RFQs, invoicing and variations
* Cost management and project cost tracking
* Team coordination and general project administration
* Site support and logistics assistance
* Schedule monitoring and action follow-up
* Project reporting, dashboarding and visibility
* SharePoint management and document workflows
* Handling RFIs and formal project correspondence
* Supporting improvement of project systems and processes
* General assistance across multiple live projects
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in project coordination, project administration or similar
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proactive, self‐motivated and confident in taking initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Advanced Excel capability
* Strong SharePoint skills
* Experience with Power‐BI or interest in reporting/dashboarding
* Flexible, hands‐on and willing to support the team wherever needed
