About the Role

* Plan, develop, and deliver tailored interventions for individuals with complex needs, including mental health challenges.

* Design and implement evidence-based PBS Plans, positive programming, and support strategies across various home settings.
* Conduct functional behaviour analysis and track outcomes to refine strategies.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, particularly those with experience in supporting people in professional capacities in areas such as mental health, out-of-home care (children and youth), or forensic disability.
* You will be collaborative, a great communicator, and dedicated to understanding each individual to ensure their supports are person-centred and tailored to their specific needs.
* A strong commitment to person-centred practice and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and their networks.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
