Support leadership in performance uplift and project management

Support the leadership team of this established Not-For-Profit organisation as a HR Business Partner with a key focus on uplifting performance, supporting structural review and managing the implementation of key Human Resources projects. 
Working as the HRBP within the HR team, you will provide support across all verticals of HR, including People management strategies, leadership coaching, growth, performance, productivity and work on the engagement of the workforce across the organisation. 
Duties include: 
Provide HR advice and solutions at both a strategic and tactical level 
Support the leadership team regarding succession planning, advising on recommended career pathways and targeted development activities, and tailored transition for individuals moving roles 
Project manage organisational development initiatives from design & delivery to implementation 
Advise on the interpretation of policies and procedures, employment legislation and agreements 
Facilitate the resolution of HR issues and provide people performance management training and coaching for managers 
Lead and support the resolution of employee relations issues, grievances and processes 
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide operational support, advice, guidance and solutions to enquiries 
About you 
Industry experience is not as significant as a values-based purpose-driven HR leader with demonstrable capability in performance management, project delivery and the ability to influence and build exceptional relationships with stakeholders.
