About the Role: WorkPac is currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer to join our esteemed clients team based in Karratha. This position is based on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the planning and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality outcomes. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and client standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Support project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Lead and support teams to meet project objectives. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in project engineering/management within construction, mining, or infrastructure. (Minimum 5 years) Strong understanding of safety and quality standards. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and clients. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting. Strong communication and leadership skills.
