**About the Role**: 
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team within Northern Mental Health as a Non-Government Service Coordinator. The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia. 
As a Non-Government (NGO) Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the coordination and delivery of mental health services to clients in the northern metropolitan area of Adelaide. Your primary responsibilities will include: 
- collaborating with non-government organisations (NGOs) to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care for clients 
- assessing the needs of clients and their families and coordinating appropriate services and resources 
- fostering strong partnerships and communication channels with NGOs, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders 
- advocating for clients' rights and promoting their active involvement in decision-making processes 
- maintaining accurate records and documentation to meet compliance and reporting requirements 
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically: 
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy Australia; or 
- Appropriate Degree (Master of Clinical Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA and general registration with PsyBA and an endorsed area of practice in Clinical area of practice. Must hold approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary); or 
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
