Executive Assistant to CEO Brunswick HQ | National Training Organisation We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a respected national training organisation. This is a temporary role looking to transition swiftly to permanent based in Brunswick, VIC. About the Role Support the CEO with diary, travel, board meetings, and events Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders Handle high-level communications and planning Occasional interstate travel (Sydney/Brisbane) Lead with confidence and manage up when needed Current EA is semi-retiring after 15 years – big shoes to fill!
