We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our sales and operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business — working across customers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of customer orders, invoicing, and communication, while acting as a key link between sales and warehouse operations.
No two days are the same — you'll be juggling orders, solving problems, and keeping everything moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Generate and process invoices in line with trading terms
* Handle customer enquiries around orders, stock, and deliveries
* Allocate stock to orders and manage availability issues
* Liaise closely with the warehouse on dispatch and priorities
* Resolve order discrepancies and support smooth fulfilment
* Assist with supplier invoices and creditor queries
* Provide general support across sales and operations
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Reliable, consistent, and methodical in your approach
* Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
* Experience in sales admin, customer service, or order processing
* Confident with Excel and business systems (inventory/order platforms a plus)
* Experience working with warehouse/logistics teams is highly regarded
