Location: Blacktown Hospital (Western Sydney Local Health District)

About the role
Build, repair, and maintain essential hospital facilities to keep healthcare services running at their best.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with reactive and planned maintenance across hospital assets
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety standards in all tasks
Respond to work requests promptly using AFM Online systems
Support after-hours emergency maintenance when required
Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to coordinate repairs
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working with power tools and machinery
Demonstrated experience with following safe work procedures such as working at heights
Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team-based environment and familiarity with standard trade terminology
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and undertake work in a busy environment with limited supervision
Ability to clearly communicate in both written and verbal form
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from trades staff and management
