This role assists in implementing a range of initiatives including culture and wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, capability frameworks, workforce development activities and leadership development projects. The Senior Organisational Development Advisor also contributes to communications, evaluation, reporting and logistics to ensure the smooth and high-quality delivery of organisational development initiatives across the organisation. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contractors and partners, this role applies sound judgement, initiative and organisational development expertise to support culture change, improve performance and contribute to a skilled, engaged and high-performing workforce. The position supports continuous improvement by identifying issues, managing priorities and adapting to changing organisational needs. We're looking for someone with: * Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting programs within a complex organisational environment * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field (desirable), or equivalent experience * Understanding of organisational development, change management, organisational behaviour and workforce planning principles * Strong analytical, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills * Proven ability to deliver assigned projects and work programs effectively and efficiently * Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Your application will need to include: * A Current Resume * A Cover Letter Application Close date: Sunday 24 May 2026 Sound like you?
