About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Baker who can produce consistent, highquality
products and maintain excellent standards in food safety and kitchen operations.
This is a full-time position with early-morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Mixing, preparing, and baking breads, pastries, and other baked products
Ensuring all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
Managing dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Monitoring ingredient levels and assisting with stock rotation
Collaborating with the team to improve recipes and production efficiency
About You
AQF Certi III in bakery or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a Baker (artisan or commercial)
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and food safety
Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
