Job Description: As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will be part of our dynamic team and work in a supportive environment. Our comprehensive orientation program includes supernumerary time, followed by support from clinical preceptors and educators to help you transition into practice. You will have the opportunity to build skills and confidence, becoming the nurse you want to be.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and hospitality.
• Work collaboratively with your fellow graduates cohort through small group coaching sessions.
• Participate in the Pathways to Practice program, designed to support your clinical workplace learning and individualised learning needs.
• Have opportunities to progress your career into more specialized programs (Maternity, Theatre, and Acute).
• Work in a part-time position with 60.8 hours per fortnight (4 shifts per week).

Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must have completed or be due to complete your nursing qualification and anticipate registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia (AHPRA) by the given deadline. You should also be willing and able to embrace our organisation's mission and values and be eligible to work in Australia.
